What we store

When you run a scan, we store the website address, findings and check time. If you use writing tools, we store the business facts you submit and generated drafts. Free reports expire after 30 days. Paid reports and their drafts expire 90 days after purchase. Expired records are deleted by a daily cleanup.

Your browser stores a private report link so you can return. Anyone with that full link can open your report. Save it somewhere private. You can delete the report from its workspace or clear the saved link in your browser.

Requests for help and follow-up

If you ask 80nweb for help, we save your name, business, email, website, optional phone, goals and message for up to 90 days. With a report attached, we save its reference so authorized 80nweb staff can review its findings while the report remains available. Contact details are not added to the private report link. Submitted contact information is self-reported and is not yet verified.

We use these details to reply about your request, including relevant paid services. A separate, optional checkbox records whether you want occasional marketing emails. It is not required for a free scan, purchase or request for help. We save the wording, date and choice. We do not send text messages. Ask us to stop or delete your inquiry through support. A request for help is retained separately from your report; deleting the report also removes our access to its findings but does not delete the inquiry.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, database and AI tools. Business facts and review text you submit to a writing tool are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Do not include customer contact details, health information, passwords or other sensitive data.

When checkout is available, Stripe processes payments and receives checkout details. We store a checkout reference and purchase status. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Stripe keeps transaction records under its own privacy policy.

Abuse protection and support

We temporarily use a daily hash derived from your connection’s IP address to limit automated scans. Daily usage counters expire. Infrastructure providers also process technical connection information to operate and protect the service.

Support requests contain your email and message, are saved for review and are deleted after 90 days. No marketing signup is required. We do not install advertising trackers or sell the information you submit.

Requests and deletion

Use the delete option in your private report to remove its stored content. Download anything you need first. Deleting a paid report does not automatically refund its purchase or delete Stripe’s transaction records. For help, contact support.
